The Job: Senior Care Coordinator

Imagine being the person who ensures seamless care coordination in a fast-paced home care setting. You will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules, communicating effectively with clients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure consistent, compassionate care for seniors in their homes.

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will work closely with our operations team to manage caregiver schedules, respond to shift cancellations or no-shows, answer client and caregiver calls using our VoIP system, update records and case notes, collaborate with the operations team to maintain staffing smoothness, conduct regular check-ins with caregivers, and generate weekly reports for leadership.

What Your Days Might Look Like
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules across multiple counties
  • Respond promptly to schedule changes or issues
  • Answer phone calls from clients and caregivers
  • Update records and case notes in our software system
  • Collaborate with the operations team to flag potential issues and maintain staffing continuity
  • Conduct regular check-ins with caregivers to ensure they have the necessary support
  • Generate weekly reports to keep leadership informed
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home care
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in software systems and remote communication
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule
