We're looking for a highly skilled and organized professional to take on the role of Virtual Home Care Scheduler.

This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, bring structure to busy teams, and make a real difference in people's lives.

As a Virtual Home Care Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with caregivers and clients, and ensuring seamless care delivery.

You'll work closely with our operations team to manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and help keep both sides (caregivers and clients) informed, supported, and calm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage caregiver schedules and communicate changes
  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients
  • Help with administrative tasks and light recruitment duties
