As a senior B2B cold caller, your primary objective is to establish meaningful connections with decision-makers from targeted healthcare practices and other industries through direct messaging and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for making personalized, high-quality outbound calls to these key stakeholders to foster interest in our services.
  • This role requires you to craft and send tailored direct messages via various platforms to generate leads and drive engagement.
  • The successful candidate will possess the ability to qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • You will maintain accurate call records using advanced tools like Kixie and track metrics to meet weekly appointment goals.
Requirements:
  • You should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as well as at least three years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success in cold calling and DM-based outreach is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of industry-standard tools such as Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and target-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
