An exciting opportunity to excel as an Outbound Call Center Representative, connecting with customers through surveys, lead generation, and event invitations.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in outbound calls for customer insights and lead acquisition.
- Handle inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries or close sales opportunities.
- Ensure accurate data entry in customer relationship management software.
- Respond promptly to customer emails.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Drive to generate reports and track progress.
- Meet service level agreements set forth by the organization.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- A minimum typing speed of 40WPM.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- A customer-focused approach with adaptability to diverse personalities.
- Basic intelligence and problem-solving skills.
- Laptop/Desktop: Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher), 8 GB RAM.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent allowed).
- Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
- Internet Connection: Wired connection with minimum 30 Mbps speed.
- Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, AnyDesk, Gdrive, Discord.
