Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the growth of our branch by generating new deposits and maintaining existing customer relationships.

About the Role
  • This role involves cross-selling the Bank's products and services, ensuring high customer retention through efficient service and multiple product availments.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing walk-in depositors, adhering to proper customer acceptance procedures and documentation.
  • They will participate in regular meetings and huddles, sharing ideas and contributing to the team's success.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate may be required to perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
  • A 4-year degree in any field is mandatory.
  • Almost 5 years of experience in branch banking, marketing, and lead management is also required.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position at the mid-senior level.
