Job Role

The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for ensuring that customers have a seamless experience across all business channels. This role involves managing and enhancing customer satisfaction by identifying and understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains customer satisfaction by identifying and understanding customer needs and recommends appropriate strategy and solution.
  • Collaborates with Restaurant Systems and other concerned units to develop/improve systems, processes, and procedures of assigned business channels.
  • Processes and coordinates the accreditation and launch of new Web and App, Store Delivery aggregator, and other digital channels store enrollment and activations.
  • Provides allocation of Web and App marketing materials to the team.
