- Assess customer needs and refer complaints to the Branch Manager for prompt resolution.
- Promote our bank's products and services to generate leads and grow our customer base.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
