Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Associate to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in business development, project management, and sales. You will be responsible for determining the feasibility of current and planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses.

You will also prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance. Additionally, you will source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners.

Furthermore, you will source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers. You will coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners to successfully launch high-impact projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales
  • Great track record of successful project management required
  • High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
  • Required to travel locally
