We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a fast-paced construction industry environment.
About the RoleThis administrative role requires an individual to manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements while leveraging data for efficiency and driving decision-making.
Main Responsibilities- Manage schedules, appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Create and maintain reports using advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Support CRM activities using Pipedrive (training provided)
- Conduct lead generation and data enrichment
- Assist with order processing and inventory tracking
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP is essential)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
