We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to support a busy executive in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic executive schedule, coordinating travel logistics, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate a complex executive schedule, arrange appointments, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication Support: Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, emails, and presentations, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project timelines, collaborate with internal team members, and prepare regular reports on project progress.
- Event Planning: Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle routine administrative tasks including expense reports, file organization, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc office duties.
- Personal Assistance: Occasionally manage personal tasks and household responsibilities for the executive, including coordinating personal appointments, errands, and family-related needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and familiarity with Canva for presentation design.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Bonus Points: Prior experience working in a similar capacity, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, or certifications in administrative management would be highly valued but not required.
