General Job Description:

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT GROUP (STORE) - BULB REQUEST COORDINATOR.

OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT:

  • COORDINATE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

  • GROUP BULB REQUEST, ENSURING EFFICIENT EXECUTION OF TASKS AND COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY STANDARDS.

Required Technical Skills:

ELECTRICAL FAMILIARITY (ADVANTAGEOUS):

  • FAMILIARITY WITH ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, CONCERNS, AND BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING IS CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE IN SUPPORTING FACILITIES OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE.

  • MICROSOFT OFFICE PROFICIENCY:

  • DEMONSTRATE PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS (SMART SHEET, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK) FOR DOCUMENTATION, REPORTING, SCHEDULING, AND COMMUNICATION TASKS.

Required Behavioral Skills:

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

  • EXHIBIT EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR EFFECTIVE COORDINATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, VENDORS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Architecture / BS Civil Engineering

  • With experience in construction repair & maintenance

  • Will be assign in GABC Balintawak, office based but will mostly do field work

  • Complete Mandatory requirements: (SSS, PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN)

  • 13TH MONTH PAY

  • PROBATIONARY PERIOD / REGULARIZATION AFTER 6 MONTHS

  • PAID OVERTIME
