Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of Learning Performance Analyst.

This role involves working with data to improve learning outcomes and enhance instructional experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences.
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions.
  • Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences.
  • Act as a liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring insights are effectively communicated, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in learning analytics and curriculum design.
  • Participate actively in all phases of project lifecycles including requirements gathering, data analysis, benchmarking, testing, validation, and rollout.

Requirements:
