About the Role:
This position will report to the Senior Manager of the Outbound Cebu Sales team and will be assigned a variety of projects and assignments. As an Outbound Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in generating high-quality leads, researching target markets, and building/maintaining a lead database. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport with potential leads.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate potential sales opportunities and generate high-quality leads
* Research target markets and build/maintain a lead database
* Collaborate with the Outbound Cebu Sales team on lead strategies and reporting
* Perform data analysis, market research, and campaign optimizations

Requirements:
* Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport with potential leads
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotas and KPIs
* Solid understanding of sales pipeline management, lead nurturing, and tracking systems like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
