What You'll Be Doing

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be a key player in expanding our client base. Your role will include:

  • Making outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to qualified leads in our CRM and other lead sources.
  • Generating 6-10 qualified sales leads weekly and scheduling appointments for U.S.-based Business Development Managers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CHRO, Directors, etc.)
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to keep the pipeline thriving.
  • Utilizing sales scripts and proactive outreach strategies to ensure consistent results.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has:

  • Proven sales experience in outbound B2B environments (IT industry experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone quickly.
  • A "can-do" attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve business goals.
  • High energy, results-driven, and highly productive mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (a bonus)
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
