We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients in the German-speaking market, effectively communicating our value proposition, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the German-speaking market
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services
- Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
- Manage and organize the appointment calendar efficiently
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients
- Qualify leads based on established criteria before scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Continuously update the database with relevant information
- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and goals
- Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences
Requirements:
- Work with the right attitude and identification
- Application of the script for communication with the customer
- Use the guidelines for handling objections
- Make calls with commitment and passion
- Fluent in German with excellent oral skills
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and work goal-oriented
- Willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
