Job Overview

  • This role plays a crucial part in driving our marketing strategies and ensuring the successful execution of our trade marketing initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicates and ensures the availability and delivery of resources across the sales team.
  • Ensures execution in the field by engaging members of the sales teams.
  • Provides recommendations to improve current execution and may be tasked to handle Trade Marketing activities.
  • Leads in responding to clarifications, concerns, and queries from field sales regarding existing Trade Marketing programs.
  • Conducts store visits to monitor implementation of trade marketing initiatives and gather field information.
  • Ensures compliance to set execution timelines by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains strong relationships with trade partners to secure optimal in-store visibility and support.
  • Assists in developing marketing materials and assets to support trade marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a trade marketing or similar role within the FMCG or automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software.
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel within the Visayas area.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
