Job Role: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles, excellent technical skills, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Assess product drawings and specifications to identify requirements.
  • Conduct quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials, parts, and final products.
  • Measure product dimensions and conduct testing to ensure conformity with set specifications.
  • Document results of inspections and testing, including batch or lot records and MDRs.
  • Ensure qualification, verification, and validation activities are conducted according to procedures.
  • Train production teams on quality control matters to improve product quality.
  • Recommend process improvements and participate in quality audit activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics, semicon, medical, automotive, and metal fabrication manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
  • Experience as NPI Engineer is an advantage.
  • Exposure to SPC and other core tools is an advantage.
