As a Product Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for streamlining tasks in our proprietary platform to automate healthcare administration.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, be tech-savvy, and have the ability to work on a variety of projects. They will research and complete automated data entry into various electronic medical record systems as part of R&D efforts, review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy, and perform workflow tasks using scripts and information from clients' workflow queues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automating data entry into EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
  • Completing workflow tasks using scripts, client information, and knowledge base articles.
  • Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena.
