Job Title: Academic Facilitator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Academic Facilitator to assist Trainers in managing classroom environments, ensuring effective learning experiences for new hires.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining order and engagement, addressing technical issues, and minimizing interruptions. They will also support Trainers in identifying and addressing disengaged or confused agents.

In addition, the Academic Facilitator will assist with breakout rooms, monitoring agent participation, and task completion.
