Hadley Designs seeks a highly skilled accounting professional to join its team. As an accounting controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, driving process improvement, and cost savings initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in leadership roles and a proven track record of process improvement and cost savings. You will manage accounts receivable and payable, inventory and cost of goods management, payroll and benefits administration, and provide strategic insights and decision support to leadership.
You will be responsible for reconciling inventory balances regularly, collaborating with the operations team to streamline inventory processes, analyzing operational expenses monthly to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, overseeing payroll processing and employee reimbursement to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements, and providing actionable financial analyses and recommendations for leadership, aiding in major decisions such as capital investments, new initiatives, and resource allocations.
