Principle Accountabilities

1. Operational Finance and Cost Control

  • Ensuring sufficient financial support is embedded within operations.

  • Act as the primary financial partner to Operations, advising Project Managers on budgeting, cost control, and financial risk management.

  • Act as the primary financial partner to Operations, advising Program Managers on budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial risk management.

  • Ensure sufficient financial support is embedded within daily operations.

  • Track cost performance across projects and recommend corrective actions to keep operations within approved budgets.

2. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Consolidate and analyse operational financial performance, providing timely insights to local management and the Singapore Finance team.

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are delivered on time and meet corporate and client requirements.

3. Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure compliance with CADG financial policies, client-specific financial regulations, and local statutory requirements.

  • Continuously review and improve financial controls and operational processes to strengthen accountability and mitigate risk.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Develop, monitor, and update budgets and forecasts for operations and projects.

  • Track and analyse variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Monitor project cash flow and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

5. Business Partnering & Advisory

  • Collaborate closely with Operations leadership and Project Managers to ensure accountability for financial performance.

  • Provide scenario analysis, financial modelling, and recommendations to support operational decisions.

6. Strategic Contribution

  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, process improvement, and financial optimization across operations.

  • Contribute to company-wide policy development and financial strategy initiatives.

  • Ability to operate in high-risk and complex environments with medium to high exposure to safety risks.

  • Managing strict deadlines and competing priorities under pressure.

  • Coordinating across multiple geographies, projects, and multicultural teams.
