Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable activities, maintaining accurate and timely financial records, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

You will also establish and implement standardized financial workflows, processes, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will contribute to month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will provide detailed budget-to-actual analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to address discrepancies. You will also perform monthly reconciliations and in-depth reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts, as well as prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software is essential.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP is required, and CPA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end accounting activities and financial reporting is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup are required.
  • Fully fluent in English is a must.
