Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate financial data management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
    • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure consistency.
    • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com for efficient payment processing.
    • Review and process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and client billings in accordance with company policies.
    • Evaluate cash flow and implement strategies for timely collection of receivables and payment of payables.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance:
    • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity and prevent fraud.
    • Ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
