Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives and drive business growth through effective digital strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute CRO strategies to enhance user experience and improve conversions across digital platforms.
    • Conduct detailed data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, VWO, and Hotjar to identify opportunities for optimisation.
    • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and execute effective CRO plans.
    • Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
    • Manage the CRO testing pipeline, prioritising tests based on impact and client objectives.
    • Optimise user journeys, funnels, and key touchpoints to create frictionless, high-converting experiences.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving conversion improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRO tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar.
  • Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, and experience optimising conversion funnels for better results.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centred design, ensuring frictionless, high-converting user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that inform strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising efforts that align with business goals.
