Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, editing, and formatting high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2.5-5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role; industry experience in construction management, engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain detailed records, and uphold deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the tact and professionalism required for client-facing correspondence.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with executive priorities.
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity & adherence to corporate confidentiality standards.
