We're seeking an Account Manager to join our Retail Sales team, handling inbound sales for retailers across the region. As a trusted advisor, you'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted Account Manager, understanding customer needs and providing value-added solutions
  • Build rapport, actively listen, and focus on upselling to maximise account growth
  • Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms
  • Demonstrate software solutions, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades
  • Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet revenue targets

In addition, you will contribute to the wider team's efforts to achieve organisational objectives, even if this means doing tasks outside of your role.

Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate with experience in solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment, as well as proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline.
