Sales Professional (SP)We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to excel in a scaling revenue team. You will own the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature.Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional sales performance with consistent monthly targets.
- Conduct discovery calls with clients and provide tailored product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with a revenue team and work closely with leadership.
- 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities.
- Engage with established business owners who have genuine buying authority.
- Clear progression opportunities within the organisation.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or account executive roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal-closing skills.
- Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop; quiet working environment; good-quality microphone or headset.
