Job Title:

A Sales Professional is needed for a full-time position to provide exceptional customer service and support patient enrollment.

About the Role:
  • This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity with flexible hours aligned to US Eastern Time Zone.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling 100% phone-based customer interactions, assisting patients with refilling orders, and answering inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize CRM software to assist patients with refilling orders and answer inquiries.
  2. Manage inbound and place outbound calls within designated hours of operation (8:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time).
  3. Provide top-notch customer service with a caring, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  4. Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask by typing and talking during calls.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound calls preferred.
  • Advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • At least 1 year of sales/CSR upselling experience in a BPO/call center setting.
