Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep thorough records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent English communication and interaction skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • BPO experience an asset but not required
