We are seeking an individual to fill a critical role in our organization. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical support.

The Role:

This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with post-sales technical support via phone
  • Assist potential customers with product selection and configuration
  • Ensure every interaction creates the optimal customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
