About the role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join our rapidly growing virtual call centre team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This position offers a competitive salary and an attractive signing bonus of 15,000 PHP, as well as the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Bohol Central Visayas.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and making recommendations to the management team
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathise with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment and multitask effectively
