Job Description

The DCX Client Services Home-Based Sales Support Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for managing backend projects while collaborating with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing recommendations for improving organization and systems within the Sales Team.
  • Assisting the Sales team in designing and implementing systems within this department.
  • Preparing emails and general correspondence as directed.
  • Creating quotes, drawings, sales orders, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Offering backup telephone support.
  • Scheduling meetings, creating/issuing meeting agendas, and taking detailed meeting notes.
  • Researching and identifying customer contact information via various channels.
  • Inputting and collating data into CRM systems.
  • Liaising with current and prospective customers, including generating, compiling, and maintaining an up-to-date contact database.
  • Creating customer quotes for stock products in ERP, completing preparation, and submission.
  • Creating customer sales orders for stock products in ERP, completing preparation, and submission.
  • Preparation and sending out company information emails to current and prospective customers.
  • Performing administrative duties as directed by Manager.
