
Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a remote customer support representative. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
