Remote Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Respond professionally to inbound and outbound calls.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints on the first contact through active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Retrieve relevant information from various systems to support customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Proven track record of working remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in typing with a speed of 20+ words per minute
- A reliable high-speed internet connection
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
