Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

A Customer Experience Associate should have at least one year of customer service experience (voice) and excellent knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT/HCOC coding.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service for all calls
  • Working knowledge of StrataWare/CompIQ and Call Track software
  • Understanding State rulings and regulations as relating to Workers' Compensation

The Customer Experience Associate will also perform administrative tasks such as managing faxes, resubmitting bills, updating spreadsheets, phone message retrieval, and emails within 24 hours.

In addition, the role involves processing medical bills, coding, or data entry with 98% accuracy during phone downtime or as assigned.

Required Qualifications include strong English skills, ability to learn Microsoft Windows-based software, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
