Customer Service Representative Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and efficient use of resources.
  • Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs and provide accurate documentation of interactions.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions and follow established scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience and high language proficiency in English.
  • A high-speed internet connection and an appropriate, quiet work environment.
  • Work-from-home experience and strong problem-solving skills.
