Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Officer to join our team at Metro Pacific Water Solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the water industry.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Address customer queries and provide guidance on purchasing decisions
- Cultivate junior sales staff and ensure they meet their targets
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts, both existing and prospective
- Monitor and convert design and build projects into O&M contracts
- Prepare regular sales reports, including project pipelines and forecasts
- Meet assigned sales targets for O&M
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional activities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the water industry.
