Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Officer to join our team at Metro Pacific Water Solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the water industry.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  3. Address customer queries and provide guidance on purchasing decisions
  4. Cultivate junior sales staff and ensure they meet their targets
  5. Maintain accurate records of all accounts, both existing and prospective
  6. Monitor and convert design and build projects into O&M contracts
  7. Prepare regular sales reports, including project pipelines and forecasts
  8. Meet assigned sales targets for O&M
  9. Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional activities
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of the water industry.
