Drive business growth and foster long-term relationships with clients as a Sales Representative at RMQ Group. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Cultivating Client Relationships

Cultivate and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, continuously seeking opportunities to expand the business.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and goals to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.

  • Client Portfolio Management: Identify and prioritize high-potential clients, develop targeted strategies to engage them, and build strong relationships to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and execute lead generation plans, leveraging various channels to reach potential customers and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs.
Sales Presentations & Closing

Deliver compelling presentations of our products and services, articulating their value to clients and effectively closing deals to secure long-term contracts.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the competition and position RMQ Group strategically in the market.

  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipelines, performance metrics, and data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Must-Have: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with a history of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software tools, enabling efficient task management and communication.
