About the Role

The role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include sales and customer support activities, order management and customer service activities, training, and miscellaneous activities. The individual must be able to manage all calls in a professional, timely and appropriate manner, answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chat requests for information and resolution of issues or sales inputs within defined SLAs.

  • Sales and Customer Support Activities:
    • Achieve sales goals and contact center metrics;
    • Contribute to team achievement of service metrics and all contact center goals;
    • Manage all calls in a professional, timely and appropriate manner. Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chat requests for information and resolution of issues or sales inputs within the defined SLA;
  • Order Management and Customer Service Activities:
    • All transactions performed accurately and meeting departmental SLAs;
    • Enter orders into system pursuant to individual order characteristic requirements. Orders may be received via email, chat, telephone, or other relevant sources/channels.
  • Training:
    • Attend all required trainings and displays appropriate knowledge of materials;
    • Attend Contact Center training and achieve a passing mark in the assessments.
  • Miscellaneous Activities:
    • Assist the Contact Center Team with administrative duties as assigned;
    • Perform all other duties as designated by Management.
Requirements
  • Associate's/Bachelor's Degree;
  • Minimum of one-year previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry;
  • Experienced contact center professional, effective telephone, chat, email techniques and customer care.
Skills
  • Personal computing or keyboarding/data entry;
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel required;
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal required.
