Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Support Specialist to coordinate with families and students, manage instructor schedules, track student progress, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth intake sessions with families and students to understand their needs and goals.
- Coordinate instructor schedules to ensure seamless delivery of academic services.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to families and educators.
- Provide top-notch customer service to students, families, and partners.
- Support operational efficiency by managing virtual administrative tasks, scheduling sessions, and monitoring student progress.
- Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-3 years of progressive career growth experience.
- Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
This is a fully remote position, requiring a high level of self-motivation, organization, and technology skills.
