Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team while maintaining open communication with customers.
  • Analyze trends, test, and train our bot regularly to ensure optimal performance.
  • Educate and empower users by providing technical expertise and answering product questions to help them maximize the value of our solution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive support and regular check-ins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Bot Development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of support experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
