Job Title: Support Specialist
Role OverviewWe are a fast-growing organization that has developed a cutting-edge customer service platform. Our platform connects end-users, support teams, and developers, reducing the need for multiple applications and streamlining collaboration.
Our approach to customer service is centered around innovation, AI, and analytics, enabling companies to increase productivity and reduce customer churn.
Key Responsibilities- Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team while maintaining open communication with customers.
- Analyze trends, test, and train our bot regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Educate and empower users by providing technical expertise and answering product questions to help them maximize the value of our solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive support and regular check-ins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Bot Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of support experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
