Job Title:

Enterprise Risk Management & Forensic Investigations Specialist

Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and proactively driving the enterprise risk management as well as fraud management function.

This includes fraud hotline, corporate forensic investigations and reporting on fraud related incidents. Key performance areas include developing and implementing an organisational enterprise risk and fraud management framework, procedures and guidelines.

Another key area is to drive and facilitate enterprise risk management and fraud risk assessments by assisting management in identifying, assessing, managing and prioritizing risks in their operational areas.

Additionally, the role requires managing Seda's Fraud hotline and forensic investigations, promoting and maintaining a culture of risk and fraud awareness and accountability by initiating campaigns and training.

Key skills required for this role include strategic capability, team management, coaching and mentoring, policy development and adherence, analytical skills, business acumen, problem-solving and decision-making, planning and organising, monitoring and evaluation, and being performance driven.

Requirements:

  • A total of 6 – 8 years of work-related experience in Enterprise Risk Management/Auditing/Forensic Investigation with at least three (3) years of Specialist/Supervisory experience performing similar functions.
  • Must have Matric (NQF Level 4) plus BTech (NQF Level 7) or Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Enterprise Risk Management/Auditing/Commerce or Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) or post graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in Enterprise Risk Management/Auditing/Commerce as added advantage.
  • Diploma in Forensic Investigation and/or CFE certificate will be an added advantage.
