Enterprise Risk Management Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and implement comprehensive enterprise risk management strategies. This involves identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring interconnected risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing enterprise risk management policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and scenario planning exercises
  • Providing guidance and support to departments and business units to integrate risk considerations into all business decisions and practices
  • Maintaining relationships with Compliance, Internal Audit, external audit, and regulators on enterprise risk-related matters
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Technology, Accountancy, or related disciplines
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in managing enterprise risk in a bank setting, specifically in policy formulation and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive constructive attitude
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
