Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced risk management professional who can support the implementation of our Enterprise Risk Framework. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

The Risk Management Specialist will work closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance to ensure effective risk management practices are in place across the organization. This includes conducting regular risk assessments, monitoring key risk indicators, and providing advice on risk mitigation strategies.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in financial services, preferably with experience in audit, actuarial, or risk management. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Framework
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators
  • Provide advice on risk mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance to ensure effective risk management practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
