Lead Social Media Campaigns

We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee our Paid Social strategy, driving growth through innovative campaigns on various platforms.

This high-performance role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize marketing budgets against company objectives.

  • Develop and implement paid social campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize for ROI
  • Manage campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance campaign performance, including Creative, BI, CRM, and external partners

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Experience running large-scale multi-million dollar growth campaigns on major social media platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an eye for creative performance
  • Process improvement mindset and a curiosity to understand why things happen

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from start to finish
  2. Use data-first approach to analyze performance drivers and optimize for channel ROI
  3. Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis
