Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Paid Media Strategist to manage, optimize, and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in campaign management, with expertise in media planning/buying, campaign execution, and digital ad operations — with an emphasis on paid social, search, programmatic, and video campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day trafficking and execution of digital ad campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other key platforms
  • Oversee campaign pacing, performance tracking, and budget management to ensure accurate spend and positive outcomes
  • Conduct regular ongoing performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting optimization strategies
  • Lead A/B testing strategies to optimize creative elements, audience targeting, and overall campaign performance
  • Deliver regular reports providing insights on campaign performance, including cost efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI
Requirements
  • Senior level campaign management experience in paid media, with a focus on paid social, search, and programmatic campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience in audience research, media planning, and buying, with the ability to develop cross-channel strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in campaign management tools such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Ability to analyze complex performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
