Job Summary

As a key contributor to our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to grow reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule compelling content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain fresh and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • A solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is beneficial.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
