
HRIS and Benefits Administrator

This role is responsible for managing the HR Information System (HRIS) and benefits administration.
- Enter new hires, employee movements, and other employee data into the HRIS.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure accurate employment information.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to maintain up-to-date employee data in the HRIS and manual headcount trackers.
- Support daily administration of the Employee Self-Service system and orient new employees to its use.
- Create various HR reports using the HRIS, including company headcount reports and demographic analyses as needed.
- Develop presentation materials for reports by creating tables, graphs, charts, maps, etc. in MS Excel or PowerPoint.
- Update the HRIS calendar annually, incorporating approved company vacations and government-declared holidays.
- Run audits of employee information and data in the HRIS to ensure data integrity.

- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS and benefits administration.
- Excellent understanding of HRIS, benefits administration, and leave management requirements.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Meticulous and organized individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal, and communication skills.
