We're currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to provide operational support in the field of Human Resources. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems and ensuring seamless business operations.

  • Reports: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to drive informed decision-making across the organization. This includes collecting, storing, organizing, and reconciling data from various HR systems.
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and insights within HR data to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop targeted solutions and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize HR processes and systems. This may involve recommending process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Intermediate-level skills in systems analysis and data flow design.
  • Experience working with HR-related data and information systems.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau Desktop.
