The Role: Senior Human Resources Manager

FinStrat Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assume the role of Senior Human Resources Manager.

This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support in HR functions for our clients as we expand our service offerings.

We are looking for a candidate who can oversee HR initiatives, manage employee lifecycle, align people strategy with business needs, and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Oversee HR functions, review and monitor policies, processes, systems, and initiatives
  • Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business objectives
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key client stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse HR teams, possess comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, and exhibit strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Qualifications
  • BA degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in managing HR teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience supporting public accounting or professional services firms preferred
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred
